FAQ's:

The church was never meant to be confined to a building—it’s meant to be lived out in everyday spaces. Meeting in homes creates an environment where real relationships can grow, discipleship happens naturally, and following Jesus is displayed in daily life. Just like the early church, we believe transformation happens around tables, in living rooms, and through shared moments that extend beyond Sunday mornings. (Acts 2:42-47)

We also understand that life happens, circumstances arise, and some weeks a home is unavailable. In these occasional or short term circumstances, we want to be able to help and open up the building if possible!

Elevate City Church Facility Use Agreement

1. Church Events Take Precedence
   I understand that any Elevate City Church meetings or events will take priority over my request. My event may be rescheduled or canceled at any time due to changes in the church calendar.

2. Communication with Event Host
   I agree to communicate with the assigned host/hostess in a timely manner regarding any questions or changes.

3. Presence During the Event
   I agree to be present at the facility for the entire duration of my event.

4. Supervision of Minors
   I agree that all minor children will be supervised by an adult at all times.
   Elevate City Church is not responsible for coordinating or providing childcare for my event.

5. No Alcohol, Smoking, or Drugs
   I agree that alcohol, smoking, and non-prescription drugs are strictly prohibited on the property.

6. Safety and Injury Prevention
   I agree that no activities involving fall or injury hazards will take place.
   Elevate City Church assumes no responsibility for any injuries that may occur.

7. Vendor Insurance Requirement
   I agree to ensure that all vendors (for decor, catering, etc.) have insurance to cover any potential damages.

8. Food and Drink Policy
   I agree to provide all food and drinks for my event, not use anything set aside for ministry purposes, and safely accommodate any allergies of my guests.

9. Audio-Visual Equipment Use
   I agree that any use of audio-visual equipment in the Auditorium, Chapel, or other areas requires a member of the Elevate City Church A/V team. Only authorized personnel may operate this equipment.
   For members and non-members, a fee may apply for the use of an audio technician.

10. Furniture and Equipment Use
    I agree that no furniture or equipment belonging to Elevate City Church may be loaned or removed from the building without prior staff approval.

11. Event Setup Responsibility
    I understand that I am responsible for setting up all furniture, decor, etc., at an agreed-upon time with the event host.

12. Use and Care of Church Property
    I agree to be responsible for tables, chairs, tablecloths, dishes, and other items used during my event.
    All items must be returned to their proper storage before leaving the facility.

13. Post-Event Cleanup
    Immediately following my event, I agree to return all furniture to its original location, collect and dispose of all trash, and leave the space clean and ready for Sunday morning.

14. Liability for Damages
    I agree to be fully responsible for any costs associated with damages to the property resulting from my event.

We are open to hearing about your event and potentially hosting it at Elevate City! Any event hosted will be reviewed by our pastoral staff to ensure that it aligns with the values of Elevate City Church.

We are open to renting specific areas of Elevate City for both short and long term use as long as the rental would not interfere with any ministry related activities.
