Policies and Procedures
Wondering what our safety protocol looks like in this season?
As we open our doors for the FIRST TIME, we want to create a seamless experience and above all, safe environment for you, your family, and your friends. COVID will not stop us from gathering in person but it will push us to maintain proper procedures so we can continue to gather. We will follow CDC guidelines and update our procedures as needed.
Here’s some practical procedures we’ve mapped out for our staff, Dream Team, you, and your family:
What to Expect in Adult Service —
Masks :: To keep everyone safe, we are encouraging everyone to wear a mask.
Social Distancing :: We ask that you socially distance yourself by six feet with other guests. Tents will be set up outside for First Time Guests to gather and mingle outside.
Contactless Service :: The doors will be held open by our Dream Team members.
Food + Drinks :: Coffee will served by our Dream Team volunteers wearing masks and gloves. We strongly advise you to not bring any outside food into service.
Cleaning :: Our team will be cleaning and sanitizing all of our environments prior to services. Hand sanitizer will be available in all environments and stationed throughout Springs Cinema and Taphouse.
What to Expect in Elevate City Kids —
Kids Check-In :: We will ensure a contactless experience for our kids check-in. We will have volunteers checking in families using Ipads. Self Check-in will not be available.
Masks / Temp Checks :: Kids are not required to wear masks; however, our staff will be required to wear masks. We will be doing temperature checks for kids at check-in.
Cleaning :: All rooms, door handles, and toys will be sanitized prior to service.
Snacks :: If snacks are provided for your child’s environment, we will only provide food that is individually packaged and allergen-free. No outside food or snacks will be allowed into the kids environments.
**We will additionally be live streaming the service to a separate theater where we will be placing high policies and procedures for those at risk and or fearful of exposure**
**If you’ve been exposed to someone with COVID or are experiencing any symptoms, please join us from the comfort of your homes as we will be broadcasting our services online.
